RALUT holds an Annual General Meeting of the Membership at least once in every academic year and other special meetings of the membership as may be necessary.

The 2011 Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday, April 26, at Hart House, from 11 am, beginning with a celebration of the 10th anniversary of RALUT. Former Toronto Mayor, David Crombie was the guest speaker.
